Pricing questions
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for twelve months upfront at a lower price. Your bandwidth allowance still resets every month on your subscription day, so you get the same monthly allowance as the monthly plan.
What happens if I use all my bandwidth?
New connections are refused until your next monthly reset. You can upgrade to a larger plan at any time from your dashboard to continue right away.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or switch between monthly and yearly billing from your dashboard.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are handled according to our Terms of Service. If something is not working, email us first — we are happy to help.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Stripe: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card number.
