Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the ProxyBrand proxy service, website and dashboard (the “Service”), operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS] (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service routes your internet connections through third-party proxy servers (“upstream proxies”) selected by our gateway. Upstream proxies are collected from public sources, tested continuously, and may appear or disappear at any time.

We do not guarantee that any particular country, IP address, speed or number of proxies is available at a given time. Live counts on our website are informational.

2. Public proxies and security

Public proxies can be unstable or compromised, and an upstream proxy can read unencrypted (plain-HTTP) traffic that passes through it. We reject proxies that fail TLS certificate verification, but we cannot control third-party machines.

You must use HTTPS (or another end-to-end encrypted protocol) for any sensitive traffic, including logins, personal data and payments. You use the Service at your own risk.

3. Accounts

You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login and proxy credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.

One person or organisation per account. You may not resell or share access to the Service without our written permission.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars, through our payment processor Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Each plan includes a monthly bandwidth allowance, a speed limit and a concurrent-connection limit. Bandwidth resets monthly on your subscription day (yearly plans included). Unused bandwidth does not roll over.

We may change prices for future billing periods with at least [NOTICE PERIOD] days’ notice. Taxes may apply depending on your location: [TAX / VAT HANDLING].

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

6. Acceptable use

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, change features, or block destinations (for example outgoing email ports) to protect the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service or of third-party proxies.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the dashboard at least [NOTICE PERIOD] days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing law
